By using crashcartclub.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy our stuff.

About us

Crash Cart Club is a nurse-owned apparel and accessories brand operating as a DBA of [INSERT LEGAL LLC NAME], registered in Nevada, fulfilling from Phoenix, Arizona.

Orders

- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we charge your card and send the order confirmation.

- We can refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund within 5 business days.

- Prices are in USD. Prices and product availability can change without notice.

Pre-orders

- Pre-order items are charged at checkout, not at ship.

- Ship dates are estimates. We work to hit them but production delays happen.

- You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to the date the order enters fulfillment (we'll tell you when).

- If a pre-order is delayed by more than 30 days past the original estimate, you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping and risk of loss

- Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered.

- We ship US-only currently. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the carrier's delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.

Returns

- See our Return Policy. 30 days from delivery.

Intellectual property

- All designs, graphics, logos, and copy on this site are owned by Crash Cart Club. Don't reproduce, resell, or print them yourself.

- "Crash Cart Club" and our designs are protected. We're aware of where bootleg merch comes from. Don't.

User-generated content

- If you tag us in a photo on social media, you're giving us permission to repost it on our channels and store, with credit.

- You can revoke that permission anytime by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crash Cart Club isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

- Total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question.

Indemnification

- You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes and not to hold us liable for misuse.

Governing law

- These terms are governed by Nevada state law. Any disputes go to courts in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

- We can update these terms anytime. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
