Refund policy
Returns — Crash Cart Club
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Stickers, decals, and final-sale items can't be returned
- Original packaging preferred but not required
How to start a return:
1. Email hello@crashcartclub.com with your order number and what you're returning
2. We'll send a return address and instructions within 1 business day
3. You ship the item back (return shipping is on you — we're a small operation, not Amazon)
4. We inspect on arrival and process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item? That's on us. Email hello@crashcartclub.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
No restocking fees. No final-sale catches. We just need the item back in shape to actually be re-sold.
Sale items, gift cards, and badge-flair packs (stickers, pins) are non-refundable but exchangeable if defective.
